Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at M by Monica.

The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason. To start the process, you must contact info@mbymonica.com.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with packaging and accessories included. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on the part of M by Monica.

After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the purchase.

If the item is defective, the customer must contact M by Monica within 30 days. In such cases, the return and replacement costs are covered by the brand.
