The order is considered complete after payment confirmation. M by Monica may cancel orders in case of obvious pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud.

The customer has 14 days to exercise the right of free cancellation, as described in the Return Policy. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
